Право 1: как студенты или стажеры и, как skilled migrants, вы имеете право взять с собой:

Dependent child - A dependent child is the natural or adopted child, or step-child, of the trainee or their spouse who:

is not married, engaged to be married or in a de facto relationship

has not turned 18

or

if they have turned 18, a full-time student, or is incapacitated for work.

Family members may be eligible to join the trainee in Australia for the period of the training program.

Spouse - A spouse is a person who is married to the trainee or is in a de facto relationship with the trainee.
