DandC, вам не нужно будет оформлять паспорт моряка, для выезда достаточно визы C1D, которую предстоит оформить после получения контракта. А вообще паспорт моряка оформляется и выдается Министерством транспорта Российской Федерации, Министерством сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Российской Федерации, морскими администрациями портов, морскими торговыми и рыбными портами, выполняющими функции морской администрации.

Работа на лайнере не представляется возможной без паспорта моряка. Когда судно заходит в территориальные воды проверяется наличие визы, если у вашей страны, гражданином которой вы являетесь нет соглашения о безвизовом посещении.
