The forester on release is warned that failure to clear the fly tipped rubbish immediately at his own cost is an offense. He complains and is arrested for environmental pollution, breach of the peace and invoiced £12,000 plus VAT for safe disposal costs by a regulated government contractor. Your assignment: How many times is the logger going to have to be arrested and fined before he realizes that he is never going to make £20 profit by hard work, give up, sign onto the dole and live off the state for the rest of his life? 7. The logger protests, is accused of being a bigoted racist and as his name is on the side of his old lorry he is forced to pay £1,500 registration fees as a gang master. The Government borrows more money to pay more to the bankers as bonuses are not cheap. The parliamentarians feel they are missing out and claim the difference on expenses and allowances. Было бы неплохо просить уехавших через Росперсонал написать отзыв на форуме. Как есть, хотя бы парочку слов. Поверьте, это не вызовет затруднений. Можно для этого создать отдельный раздел. Тогда все сомневающиеся увидят реальную картину и вопросов не будет. Возможно, это избавит от излишних иллюзий или же наоборот придаст уверенности.

А если деньги лежат не на текущем счету или банковской карте, а на срочном вкладе, например сроком на год. Такая справка подойдет или важно чтобы это был счет с которого можно в любой момент снимать и класть деньги? Заранее спасибо!

Существуют ли требования к сроку действия загранпаспорта при подаче документов на Tier 1? Могу ли, например, подать документы на Tier 1 в Сентябре 2010, при условии, что загранпаспорт действителен только до Июня 2011? Где-то читал, что в некоторых случаях требуется, чтобы загранпаспорт был действителен в течении нескольких лет при подаче документов.

Правильно ли я понял, что ограничения по Tier 1 связанны только с повышением проходного бала на 5 пунктов? "Удержание количества заявлений от иммигрантов на настоящем уровне в рамках Tier 1" не означает, что прекращен прием новых заявлений и будут рассматриваться только заявления поданные ранее?

Привет всем участникам форума! Летал в Лондон по бизнес визе, но свободного времени было очень мало и город практически не видел. Хочу полететь на Новый Год как турист, недельки на 3. И тут вопрос - могу ли я полететь по бизнес визе в Лондон с целью туризма плюс недели две подучить английский на курсах? Не станет ли это проблемой, когда при прилете меня спросят о цели моего прибытия? Сказать что лечу по делам, тоже не могу, т.к. кто летит по делам 31 Декабря? Заранее спасибо!
