Здравствуйте! Подскажите пождалуйста когда я смогу претендовать на грин карту после въезда в США по визе L1-B? Нашла следующую информацию: From L Status to Green Card A specific employment-based immigrant preference category (EB-1©) was created for managers and executives who meet the L-1 standards and are interested in becoming lawful permanent residents (LPRs). These aliens are considered "priority workers" in the first preference, which is allotted 40,000 annual immigrant visas. Although L-1 status is not a prerequisite for immigrant benefits in this category, it provides a stronger case when the immigrant petitioner was in L visa category previously. A labor certification is not necessary for an EB-1© alien petitioner. For an alien in L-1B status, he/she may apply for a Green Card as a skilled worker, which requires an approved labor certification. If circumstances allow, he/she may apply under the EB-1(a), EB-1(, or NIW categories, for which a labor certification is not required. Of course, other channels for obtaining a green card, such as family based immigration, are also available to alien in L-1 status. Судя по всему EB и NIW относится в первую очередь ко всяким людям с extraordinary abilities, к которым я себя увы не отношу (у меня степень бакалавра математики и очень хорошие знания, специфичные для работы в моей нынешней компании). На что я могу расчитывать в отношении грин карты?
