· Develop and maintain brand positioning strategy statements
· Establish standards and guidelines and ensure consistent brand image in all types of communications across all channels and business lines
· Develop “world class” advertising; lead creative development for all advertising, promotions, collateral, and internal communication
· Lead media plan development
· Proactively seek partnerships and other business building projects (e.g. sports marketing, event marketing, financial services co-promotion). Evaluate potential partnership marketing opportunities.
· Manages partnership and other project programs.
· Answer key guest insights questions posed by management quickly, accurately, and efficiently
· Create proactive guest insights program, including key questions to answer and plan to answer them over time
· Manages ongoing proactive guest, market, and competitive analyses
· Build and manage the corporate marketing budget
· Completes all paperwork in accordance with Control Board and approved standards
· Performs any other related duties as assigned.
