Да там в каждом штате свои заморочки, поэтому самое smart - репу щас не ломать а проблемы решать по мере их поступления.

Это точно. Сдвать на права в Америке - последнее что можно сделать. Но тем,кто по J1 собирается только на лето, явно не стоит вообще думать об этом.

Есть ин-фа, что если у тебя есть наши права, то сдавать экзамен и теорию и практику можно даже в один день. Причем на русском языке можно.
