У них, во-первых, нет такой мотивации на выживание, как у приезжих, потому что есть где жить, да и родители или друзья всегда помогут, и во-вторых, у них и их родителей есть связи, что и здесь не пустой звук, всегда можно пристроить сынишку Томми куда-нибудь в госсектор на теплое местечко, где будет зевать от скуки до обеда, а после обеда считать часы до конца рабочего дня.
