Город красивый, но большой проблемой было зловоние от испарений серной кислоты Гидрометзавода. Кабардинобалкария тогда занимала одно из первых мест по онкологическим заболеваниям. И это самой курортный по природным данным город с лечебными источниками! И ещё: в Нальчике тогда было 32 школы. Дети, которые жили в районе школы, принимались бесплатно, дети из других районов должны заплатить "откупные", от 10 до 25 тысяч. Нальчик - прекрасный город, но довести его до такого состояния смогла только коррупция! Я по-прежнему люблю Нальчик и его людей, и всегда всех их вспоминаю, но я очень рад, что мне удалось уехать в Австралию! И спасибо, что РОСПЕРСОНАЛ помог исполнить мне мою мечту. Дарвин город современный (в центре) - его во время мировой войны японцы разбомбили, ну, и потом сами же отстраивали заново, что может быть и к лучшему - в отношении архитектуры сейчас он выигрывает. Здесь на Mindil (20 минут о центра) есть огромный пляж и около Казино - Sunset Market - место очень интересное, работает по четвергам и воскресеньям, я имею в виду Market, пляж "открыт" конечно же всегда. Они скорее всего обходят подобные вопросы по умолчанию и талдычат своё. Потому что это - конкретное несоответствие и им просто нечего сказать. Хотите знать мое мнение, я не бывал в Аделаиде, но сам вообще живу в Дарвине, и ничего, не плачу. Если уж выбирать между мнением своего иммиграционного агента и правительством Австралии - разумно будет прислушиваться ко второму, ultimately гражданство они будут получать не у агента.

привет! В таком комплекте нужно выезжать только по визе 189 или 190, то есть по резидентской и соцпакетом, по любой другой визе при нерабоающей жене вам их содержание, медицину и образование старшего сына не потянуть. А это значит - полностью согласен с предыдущим советом - учите English ДОМА!

Спасибо и понятно в целом. Но в жизни все-таки всякое бывает, вы ведь знаете. А если все же заболеют, или травму получат? И что эти страховки так же покроют все медицинские страховки, как Medicare?

Можно въехать по серьёзной специальности по визам типа 189 или 190 и работать здесь потом, кем захочешь. Это разрешается.

Видел, значит требуются, но если у тебя нет рабочей или иммиграционной визы, под "секьюрити" ты ее не получишь.

Я живу в Дарвине, в районе Larrakeyah, сначала было не привычно то, что до южного побережья только самолётом, ходит конечно the Ghan - поезд времен покорения Австралии, дважды в неделю, но долго и дорого. Самолеты летают во всех направлениях и стоит это не дорого. Город современный - его во время WWII японцы в ноль разбомбили, ну, и отстраивали заново, что может быть и к лучшему - в отношении архитектуры он выигрывает. Понятно все, я сам из Нальчика - места сам понимаешь... тележка, кстати, защищала Австралию, и я с ней согласен на все сто, не в медузах здесь траблы, а они есть и Австралия не рай.

И правильно сделаешь, лично затариваюсь зеленью и мелочью по дому раз в неделю на Paddy's - находится на Hey street в старом красного кирпича ангарного типа здании, заходить лучше от конца парка, где entertaintment centre, на главном входе вывеска из красного кумача (типа транспарантов в СССР) с надписью MARKET CITY, сначала будут тряпочные отделы - в основном все тряпки из Чайны, хотя на некоторых футболках, куртках, платьях на бирках made in Australia, и при этом некоторые продавцы признаются, что сделано в Китае, но в угоду покупателям пишут про Австралию.Дальше техника, мелкие дивайсы, и прочее. В конце овощные ряды - все есть, любые овощи и фрукты и даже яйца по 2 доллара десяток. Для примера морковь 1,5 за кг китайская капуста 2,5 за кочан шампиньоны 2 за большой пакет огурцы 2 за кг сладкий перец 2,5 за кг В целом раза в 2 и даже иногда в 3 дешевле s-market-ов.

Cats (Non-Domestic): Keeping wild cats is illegal and this act may not really be fair on the animal. However, there are many groups of people who love to have this exotic animal at home! Ocelot: This is a wild cat but its appearance is like a domestic cat. It was considered endangered earlier but off late, several attempts have been made to protect these species. The breed was created to develop awareness amongst people about the conservation of tigers. Wildcat: The wild cat is sometimes included under the category of the domestic cat. This beautiful animal is a protected species in many countries. Rabbits: The Holland Lop: This rabbit is one of the smallest of its species. Sugar Glider: These possums can be bred in captivity and a large number of these species are sold legally as well as illegally. Reptiles and Amphibians: Iguana: This animal is actually a lizard that is found in tropical areas of South and Central America. There are two species of the same out of which one is popular as a pet – Green Iguana: The Green Iguana is bright in color and is amongst the most in demand as an exotic pet. However, there are many rules being implemented for the breeding of this species for e.g., it is illegal to breed or import the Green Iguana as a pet and one can face charges if found guilty of the same. Frogs: African Dwarf Frogs: This frog is native to the Sub Saharan region of Africa. They are rather tiny in size and can be bred with some tropical fish as well. Oriental Fire-Bellied Toad: This is a tiny exotic animal that belongs to the frog species. Often, these frogs are founds as pets and can be recognized due to their bright green color. American Green Tree Frog: This is a very popular species of frogs kept as pets. Exotic pet lovers can keep up to three frogs in a terrarium. It is recommended to avoid having box turtles found from the wild as pets. These species are pretty much affected due to changes in surroundings. They need to be handled carefully. Yellow Mud Turtles: These turtles are found in the central areas of the United States. Yellow Mud turtles tend to snap at people or bite when kept as house pets. Insects: Praying Mantis: This insect has been given the name due to its prayer-like stance. It is legal to have certain types of Praying Mantis at home, which are native to the place, but in case of non-native species, the same could result in a fine. Arthropods: Scorpions: Scorpions are most feared for their deadly venom. The large Emperor scorpions are amongst those exotic species that are treated like a pet in the homes of certain people! Hermit Crabs: The Hermit Crabs are not directly related to true crabs. They are often noticed carrying an empty seashell on their back, which they withdraw into whenever they feel threatened. Scarlet Hermit Crab: This type of Hermit crab has a bright yellow body. It is one of the most popular species used as an exotic pet. Common Hermit Crab: Also known as the Soldier Crab, it is seen in rocky areas as well as sandy shores. Tarantula: These hairy and large spiders are surprisingly kept as pets! Я работал на рыбе по F1 два с лишним месяца. Если SSN есть возьмут без проблем, единственно с коллоеджем договориться надо что "на каникулах" а еще лучше чтобы справку выписали.

Прошу прощения, что вмешиваюсь, но мне есть что сказать по теме трудоустройства инженеров, так как я с апреля 2009 в Австралии, и наверное уже сделал все ошибки по поиску работы, какие можно было сделать. Главное: звонить по объявлениям о работе не стоит, тем более ходить, если ты ищешь квалифицированную работу (это может приемлемо для поиска unskilled jobs по ресторанам, кафе, магазинам и отелям - говорят, очень эффективно). Если ищешь работу как специалист, то нужно понять, что звонок или визит - это не совсем вежливо, потому что ты вынуждаешь общаться с собой тогда, когда им может быть не удобно. И этот шаг будет расценен как невежливость. Лучше все-таки послать несколько хорошо оформленных CV и быть готовым внятно ответить на вопросы по нему, когда позвонят.
